During the sweltering heat of late July, a delegation from Ningshing Holdings, including Chairman Wu Yigang, Vice Chairman & Party Secretary Gao Ping, and key departments heads of the headquarters, embarked on a two-day tour from July 29th to 30th. They visited various subsidiaries including Ningshing Precision Machinery Group, Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing, Ningshing Yoyou Feed, Ningshing Tank Terminal, Ningshing Ubay Logistics, Ningbo Sunflower Shading Equipment, and Ningbo Ningshing Toyota Auto, on behalf of Ningshing Holdings’ Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, the company Party Committee, and the Labor Union, to extend their heartfelt consolation to the dedicated front-line staff.

Chairman Wu Yigang praised the collective efforts of all companies during the first half of the year, acknowledging that they had faced and overcome challenges in a complex and severe business climate. He praised the Ningshing staff for their bravery, solidarity, and spirit of collaboration. Despite the mounting economic pressures and the demanding tasks of production and operation, Mr. Wu emphasized the importance of strict adherence to safety protocols and the maintenance of a strong work ethic, urging the companies to face challenges head-on without fear. He specifically highlighted the importance of balancing production efficiency with employee well-being, calling for the implementation of comprehensive safety measures and heatstroke prevention initiatives. He advised employees to enhance self-protection against heatstroke and diseases, to balance work with adequate rest, and to prepare themselves to contribute to the second half of the year with improved health and renewed vigor, aiming to achieve the target tasks for 2024.
